What we do

Torhash is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform that lets a small merchant run an entire online shop inside Telegram. Instead of learning an admin panel, the owner describes the shop in plain words — what is sold, how it is delivered, how customers should be answered — and then works with an LLM agent in chat. That description is stored per shop and becomes the standing instruction the agent follows.

From there the agent builds product cards out of photos and voice notes, answers customer questions in the owner's tone, takes orders in conversation, issues Nova Poshta shipping labels, publishes marketing posts, and reports back on sales. Every shop gets its own Telegram bot and a branded storefront mini app for buyers. The owner sets, action by action, what the agent may do on its own and what has to be shown for approval first.

The product is built for Ukrainian micro and small sellers who already sell through Instagram, Viber and Telegram, and who have no back office. Integrations available today: Nova Poshta, Telegram (shop bot, channel, card payments, Telegram Stars), Instagram and Prom.ua. Torhash is currently in closed, invite-only beta in Ukraine. There is no self-serve signup — access is granted from a waitlist.

Що ми робимо

Torhash — це SaaS-платформа, яка дозволяє малому продавцю вести весь інтернет-магазин усередині Telegram. Замість того щоб вивчати адмінпанель, власник описує магазин звичайними словами — що продає, як доставляє, як спілкуватися з покупцями — і далі працює з LLM-агентом у чаті. Цей опис зберігається для кожного магазину окремо і стає постійною інструкцією для агента.

Далі агент складає картки товарів із фото та голосових повідомлень, відповідає покупцям у тоні власника, приймає замовлення в переписці, оформлює накладні Нової Пошти, публікує рекламні пости і звітує про продажі. Кожен магазин отримує власного Telegram-бота та фірмову вітрину-мініапку для покупців. Власник сам визначає для кожної дії, що агент може робити самостійно, а що має спершу показати на підтвердження.

Продукт створений для українських мікро- та малих продавців, які вже продають через Instagram, Viber і Telegram і не мають бек-офісу. Наявні інтеграції: Нова Пошта, Telegram (бот магазину, канал, оплата карткою, Telegram Stars), Instagram і Prom.ua. Torhash зараз працює в закритій бета-версії в Україні, доступ — лише за запрошенням зі списку очікування.

How the platform is built

Torhash runs on Google Cloud. The backend is a Python modular monolith on Cloud Run, with Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL 17 as the primary database and Memorystore for Redis for per-conversation locking and caching. Secrets and merchant bot tokens are protected with Cloud KMS envelope encryption and Secret Manager. Background and scheduled work runs through Cloud Tasks and Cloud Scheduler. The marketing site and the buyer-facing storefront are served from Firebase Hosting. The agent runtime is Vertex AI Gemini.

See it running

The admin agent is live and can be opened directly in Telegram at t.me/torhash_app_bot. The interface is in Ukrainian, and full shop creation is gated behind a beta invite; the bot itself will respond to anyone who opens it.
