Torhash is a SaaS platform that lets a small merchant run an entire online shop inside Telegram — by chatting with an AI agent instead of clicking through an admin panel.
The owner describes the shop in plain words once. From then on the agent builds product cards from photos and voice notes, answers customers in the owner’s tone of voice, takes orders in conversation, issues Nova Poshta shipping labels, publishes marketing posts, and reports on sales. Every shop gets its own Telegram bot and a branded storefront mini-app for buyers. The owner decides, action by action, what the agent may do on its own and what needs approval first.
Torhash integrates with Nova Poshta, Telegram (shop bot, channel, card payments, Stars), Instagram and Prom.ua. It runs on Google Cloud — Cloud Run, Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL, Cloud KMS, Secret Manager, Cloud Tasks and Cloud Scheduler.

The free plan costs ₴0 and carries up to 30 products and 50 AI credits a month. Paid plans are ₴590, ₴1,290 and ₴2,690 a month, priced per shop and paid by card or with Telegram Stars.
